$9.7bn revenue GXO Logistics appoints Corinna Refsgaard as new CHRO

GXO Logistics, is a world-leading pure-play contract logistics provider, which turned over a revenue of US$9.78 billion in 2023.
Corinna Refsgaard is the business’s newly appointed CHRO.

Pure-play contract logistics provider GXO Logistics, Inc. has appointed Corinna Refsgaard as Chief Human Resources Officer.
Based in London, UK and reporting to GXO Logistics’ CEO,

Malcolm Wilson, Refsgaard will be responsible for the business’s global talent strategy, spanning strategic, operational and HR processes. These duties will also cover compensations and benefits, performance management, and workforce planning.

Refsgaard, who has more than three decades of experience in the HR sector, has worked for businesses such as Kontron AG, EADS, Fujitsu Technology Solutions, Mercedes-Benz, and Temic Telefunken Microelectronic. Through her career, she has held roles in global, regional and business unit HR roles.
