Compensation management solutions platform beqom has announced Lars Pedersen as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer.

The transition, that came into effect on January 8th 2025.
The company says the appointment will place beqom in a strong position as the business prepares for “substantial growth and innovation” in the years to come.
beqom say Pedersen will provide the company with a wealth of experience in scaling software businesses, and driving transformative growth, while combining deep technical expertise with strategic leadership.

With Pedersen at the helm, beqom will continue to empower its global employees, while being focused on delivering advanced compensation solutions and services.
Day-to-day operations of beqom has been handed to Pedersen from current CEO and co-founder Fabio Ronga, who will now take the position of Chairman of the Board at the company.
Ronga, who took the position of CEO in 2009, helping to grow the business into becoming a global enterprise.
"It has been an incredible journey to build beqom from the ground up, and I am deeply grateful to our employees, customers and the entire ecosystem who have enabled us to build beqom into what it is today,” Ronga expressed.
Now, beqom is present in over 160 countries worldwide, while having become a well-recognized platform for compensation and pay equity solutions for world-renowned brands.
“I am excited to join beqom at such a pivotal time,” Pedersen shared. “Fabio has laid a strong foundation, and I look forward to collaborating with our talented team to enhance our offerings and deliver even greater value to our customers.”
