As we gear up for UNLEASH America 2025 in Las Vegas, the Editorial team is reflecting on the standout speakers who took the stage at last year’s International Festival of HR. One that's particularly noteworthy is George Rogers from Lighthouse Research - and, great news, Rogers returns as our Main Stage MC in 2025!
We are thrilled that George Rogers, Chief Culture Officer at Lighthouse Research & Advisory, will once again be our Main Stage MC at this year’s International Festival of HR in Las Vegas.

At last year’s show, UNLEASH’s Editor-in-Chief Nima Sherpa Green sat down with Rogers to discuss about culture and leadership.
“There’s a lot of wildness” in HR, but there’s also a lot of peace. Courageous leaders, for Rogers, are those that provide the peace.
They light up the room, and part of that..is giving me peace”; and for Rogers, peace is an acronym.
The p stands for purpose, the e is empathy, the a is adaptability, but there’s also the “conductor of chaos” – when there’s uncertainty, they show up – and finally engagement.
The interview concludes with Rogers sharing that UNLEASH America is “one of my favorite places to be every year” – “I’m excited about the next one”.
