UNLEASH World 2024: Practice what you preach and look beyond gender, DEI should be on everyone's agenda - We're all equal

"DEI should be on everybody's agenda, because we are all equal," Jolie den Boer, Global Director of Talent Acquisition of Booking.com says in her an exclusive interview with UNLEASH Senior Journalist, Lucy Buchholz.

After taking to the stage alongside Roy Baladi, Founder, Jobs for Humanity and Vera Diukanova Finance Controller, Titan Cleanfuels at UNLEASH World 2024, den Boer sat down to discuss Booking.com's DEI journey in depth.

"I don't think that DEI is just between men and women, I think we need to be much more representative of different communities as well, for example, people with handicaps.
