Talent and technology leaders from across Europe, including representatives from Adidas, Spotify, and Novartis addressed how to leverage technology to enhance your talent acquisition strategies to build and support your business in the future.
More about the event that has helped CHROs, heads of talent, HR leaders, recruiters, CIOs and CTOs forge new world-class strategies to help their businesses be the best in class:
On October 21st UNLEASH and iCIMS partnered together to host INSPIRE 2021. The event brought together a who’s who of global HR and talent leaders to find out to discuss how can you attract, retain and engage your workforce to ensure you’re ready for the challenges ahead.
The discussions were recorded and there’s plenty to watch. This includes a keynote on the Ethics of AI from Chief Talent Scientist at Manpower Group, Thomas Chamorro-Premuzic, as well as a roundtable on “making global talent mobility your strategic advantage.” This roundtable featured fantastic insights from Cecile Decourtray, partner in KPMG’s People and Change advisory division, and Jane Datta, the chief human capital officer at NASA.
There is also a focus on hiring and the challenges companies are facing across the world in the face of the “Great Resignation.”
Christophe Vanden Eede, global head of talent management, and Aimée Meher-Homji, global head of talent acquisition at Adidas, took part in an incredible panel that explains how to close the gap between candidate expectation and the current reality.
The results of a hiring-manager-centric talent strategy were addressed by Martin Fahy, talent acquisition manager at Screwfix, and Russell Parsons, head of attraction and resourcing recruitment at B&Q.
Additionally, Kirsty Leivers, chief diversity and inclusion officer at AXA, and Markus Graf, global head of talent at Novartis, joined an all-star panel to discuss supercharging your diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) program with an equitable hiring strategy.
If that wasn’t enough, David Wilson, founder and CEO of Fosway Group, and Thomas Otter, founder of Otter Advisory, discussed the latest trends in talent acquisition.
Managing your current hires can also be difficult, and Mark Eckert, director of talent mobility and immigration at Uber, explains how to drive forward the next generation of worldwide mobility.
Safe to say, there’s plenty to see, learn, and think about.
