HR and talent acquisition functions are at a crossroads
Organizations are balancing the need for digital transformation with the realities of a labor market that is both unpredictable and increasingly skills-driven.
HR leaders face difficult tradeoffs implementing cutting edge technologies effectively and affordably.
AI-powered automation is redefining how work gets done, while talent retention and workforce planning remain top concerns.
This survey will focus on answering key questions facing HR and business leaders, including:
What are the biggest talent challenges organizations are facing today?
How are companies balancing technology investments with workforce priorities?
What is the real impact of AI and automation on HR and talent functions?
How are organizations building workforce agility and internal mobility strategies?
What factors are driving (or hindering) success in talent acquisition and retention?
David Francis, Global Head of Research at Talent Tech Labs, says that amidst a world of change, what HR and talents leaders need most is clarity.
“This survey is designed to provide data-driven insights into how organizations are approaching AI adoption, workforce agility, skills-based strategies, and the overall candidate and employee experience,” Francis says.
By analyzing these trends, we aim to give HR leaders a clearer understanding of where the industry is heading and what actions they can take to drive meaningful outcomes.”
Head of UNLEASH Labs, Abigail de Vries-Weller adds: “I truly love the UNLEASH HR community – their insights, experiences, and time to input into this type of study is invaluable.
