Just a month after 360Learning bought eLamp, an AI skills startup, US-based talent acquisition company Radancy has announced it has acquired Brazen and its hiring events technology.
The process was managed by New Mountain Capital, but the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed
This is Radancy’s eighth acquisition – the most recent examples are candidate relationship management company Ascendify in April 2023 and employee referral platform Firstbird in January 2022.
A bright future for Radancy
Talent acquisition is a major challenge for companies at the moment – the war for talent is ongoing, and employers are constantly trying to find ways to stand out from the crowd.
As a result of this acquisition, Radancy is aiming to create a better candidate experience and provide a one-stop-shop for customers’ hiring needs.
Currently Brazen serves the likes of KPMG, CVS Health and Northrop Grumman, while Radancy’s clients include CapitalOne, hulu, Sony Pictures and UPS.
Radancy will do this by seamlessly integrating Brazen’s in-person and virtual recruiting events tech will seamlessly integrate into its AI-powered talent acquisition cloud platform.
Talking about the deal, Brazen CEO Ed Barrientos shared: “Creating an authentic connection for a candidate may start with an event in Brazen, but continues all the way through the hiring process, often touching multiple talent acquisition technologies.
“By combining Brazen with the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud, we can create a seamless and unmatched experience for customers and, in turn, their candidates, with a single platform.”
Michelle Abbey, president and CEO of Radancy, added: “By adding Brazen’s event technology and expertise to Radancy’s end-to-end talent acquisition platform, Radancy can now offer the candidate experience from ‘hi’ at an event all the way through ‘apply,’ allowing our customers to reduce their reliance on point solutions and stay focused on talent and business results.”
