“I would just say when it comes to generative AI, don’t panic.
“Calm folks down around the anxiety that comes up,” says Shannon.
He adds:
“Figure out the education piece of this. What do we need to learn? What do we need to not focus on instead?
“And then – more than anything else – just get started.”
