Andee joined Nedbank in 2017 and currently leads the Group Workforce Optimisation and Engagement Portfolio. This includes Organisation Design, Job Architecture, Culture, Leadership, Employee Insights, and Diversity Equity & Inclusion. She is a research psychologist by profession and her career has spanned a number of sectors starting at the University of the Witwatersrand where she was a lecturer in Psychology for 8 years. She is passionate about organisational culture and the role of leadership.
