Cathy Peterman

Cathy is responsible for the technology organization’s end-to-end people strategy partnering with the Chief Technology Officer and supporting a global organization of 3,000 employees. In addition, she oversees global talent development and relations for all 11k employees at Wayfair. Prior to Wayfair, Cathy spent nearly six years at Amazon, where she drove the talent management strategy for three distinct Amazon businesses, supporting over 40,000 employees.
