Deborah joined IBM in 1997 as a management consultant, working across a wide range of clients and sectors before taking on a series of key sales and business leadership roles in the UK and Ireland. During this time, she became the first Chief Digital Officer for IBM UKI and the Executive Sponsor for Gender Diversity.
In February 2021, Deborah was appointed Country General Manager for IBM Ireland; she is responsible for business growth, client satisfaction and employee experience.
