Nuotto is the CHRO and SVP of HR at VTT, one of the leading technological research centers in Europe. Currently she is leading the strategic program New Work at VTT, paving the way for the Future of Work and building the world’s most meaningful place to work. Prior to joining VTT, Kirsi has extensive experience in leading people agenda and transformation in various global companies and industries. Previously she has served as CHRO at Cargotec and Outotec, as well as in a senior HR role at GlaxoSmithKline.
