Sonya Cattell

Sonya has over 20 years client services experience within the employee engagement space. In the last few years, her role at Achievers has seen her building and leading the EMEA Customer Success Team. She is focused on developing a high-performing team and delivering best-in-class customer programmes, evidenced by outstanding customer satisfaction and retention results. Outside of work Sonya spends time walking and running to raise money for Cancer research and looks forward to getting back into it when restrictions permit. She is also a proud new puppy owner of Mabel the cockerpoo.
