Competition Terms & Conditions:

1. Promoter

The “Prize Draw” to win a Free UNLEASH America 2025 General Attendee ticket, inclusive of 2-nights accommodation is promoted by UNLEASH LTD, whose registered office is at 180 Borough High Street, FORA, London, SE1 1LB, London, UK.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Prize Draw is open to individuals aged 18+ who complete the survey during the promotional period.

2.2 Employees of UNLEASH, their families, agents, and any third parties directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.

2.3 Survey respondents should be individuals currently working within HR or C-level decision-makers.

3. Entry Method

3.1 To enter, participants must complete the survey in full and submit their responses before the closing date on March 24th 2025.

3.2 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

3.3 Entries must be received by March 24th 2025 at 5pm Eastern Time. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted as part of the Prize Draw.

4. Prize Details

4.1 The prize consists of one (1) complimentary General Attendee ticket to UNLEASH America 2025 and standard room-only accommodation at Harrah’s Las Vegas for the nights of May 6th and May 7th, 2025.

4.2 The prize does not include travel, meals, or any other expenses unless explicitly stated.

4.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

4.4 Taxes (13.8%) and resort fees ($30 per night) are the winner’s responsibility.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on March 28th 2025 and notified thereafter.

5.2 The winner will be notified via the email address supplied within 5 days of the draw.

5.3 If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the promoter reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

6.1 Personal data collected as part of this Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with UNLEASH’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

6.2 By participating in the Survey & Prize Draw, you agree to receive relevant marketing communications from UNLEASH.

7. Liability & Disqualification

7.1 The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances.

7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms or appears fraudulent.

7.3 The winner is responsible for ensuring they are available to attend the conference and make use of the accommodation.

8. Publicity

8.1 By entering the Prize Draw, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity, including their name being announced on UNLEASH’s website and marketing channels, unless they explicitly opt out.

9. Amendments & Cancellation

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the Prize Draw due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated via Email.
