The next 12 months for the talent market are gonna be all about adapting to AI.

Those that welcome in large language models, those that welcome in all sorts of innovations on AI now that we’re on a logarithmic kind of curve of change, are going to do really, really well. Those who either use it to displace workers, or those who don’t use it at all are going to do very poorly.

So I think that this next year is really going to be about an evolution and understanding how new technologies can move us forward as a society. And that’s really the challenge in front of us.

The secret to standing out

What’s the secret standout in the talent acquisition market? I just think about our approach, we’re just worker first, we focus on the workers in this country. We have 120 million members [and] 15 to 20 million are active each month on Jobcase. We’re where the workers are, and our North Star is we’re trying to help them navigate this whole future of working, and get ahead.

And if that’s our focus, then we tend to stand out by attracting others who appreciate those values. We have great employers who value their workers; most of them have CEOs signed on to stakeholder capitalism pledge. They’re great partners. And we have plenty of vendors and publishers as well.

For example, we power about 600 newspapers in this country that care about the local communities. It’s a great fit for Jobcase.
