Leading Direct Employer of Record (EOR) Atlas and AI-native payroll data platform have announced a partnership. Through the new partnership, Atlas will implement datascalehr’s HR technology and innovative payroll.
By eliminating the necessity for data connectors in the payroll process, datascalehr’s customer benchmarks demonstrate a remarkable acceleration in implementation speed, exceeding 10 times the standard rate.
This advancement not only reduces implementation time for Atlas but also significantly boosts the efficiency of daily payroll operations.
In doing so, Atlas will see a massive reduction in manual work, helping to eliminate the vast majority of data inaccuracies. The aim is also for the business to become one of the most tech-enabled companies in the EOR space through its quality and service.
The vendor expects that this partnership will put Atlas in “a completely different category than the competition.”
In a statement, Jerome Gouvernel, Co-Founder & CEO of datascalehr, shared his optimism for the partnership: “We are thrilled to support Atlas, a company that shares our vision for transforming the payroll and HR landscape through technology.
“Our AI-native platform is built to redefine the standards of data management and operational efficiency, and this collaboration sets the stage for a new era of technological excellence in the EOR industry.”
KMod: Enhancing service delivery and reducing operational complexity
For the EOR industry as a whole, this is evidence of a growing revolution, one spurred by datascalehr itself.
Founded by three veterans of the payroll and HR industry, datascalehr has emerged as a pioneer of the EOR, by providing simple and effective alternatives to high-risk solutions.
In contrast, before it launch, businesses would have needed to invest significant amounts of time and money to building in-house solutions which often led to technical debt and an undifferentiated product.
“The integration of datascalehr’s AI-native platform into our workflow represents a quantum leap in our capability to process and manage data efficiently,” said Warren Perlman, CTO of Atlas.
“This technology enhances our service delivery and significantly reduces our operational complexity. I have no doubt that it’s going to be transformative for our organization and our customers, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.”
KMod, an innovative combination of proprietary AI, machine learning, and HR integration metadata, is at the heart of datascalehr’s technology.
This tech allows datascalehr’s customers, including Atlas, to take advantage of efficient payroll operations, universal connectivity, and global data transparency, among other benefits. Consequently, it helps to free up valuable resources to prioritize product innovation, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
Leaders at Atlas, therefore, expect the partnership with datascalehr to bring a significant technological upgrade, which also works as a strategic maneuver to boost the business’s ability to scale operations and improve unit economics, while also providing customers with better value.
