We spoke to Greenhouse’s co-founder and CEO, Daniel Chait, to get a sneak peek for you into what HR leaders, buyers and analysts can expect on site.
Q. What does it mean to you to be an UNLEASH Headline sponsor?
Greenhouse is thrilled to show up at UNLEASH America in a big way this year. We’ll have a prominent booth space and several speakers getting involved in the conversation, including myself, my co-founder Jon Stross leading a session, our Chief People Officer Donald Knight and our Director of Partnerships Leslie Guido.
As a headline sponsor we want to do more than engage with folks in the expo hall – whether onstage, in the hallways, over coffee, or at our happy hour, we want to connect with our community and share our learnings from supporting over 7,500 customers on their journeys to get measurably better at hiring.
Q. What conversations are you looking forward to having with HR leaders in-person?
I love, love, LOVE our customers and this industry and can’t wait to nerd out with so many HR and Talent Acquisition professionals in one place.
There are a ton of interesting and important conversations happening right now, like the impact of AI on everything, the evolving role of DEI in hiring, how to do more with less at large organizations and so much more.
As a CEO it can be hard to stay connected to our customers and that’s what I’m looking forward to most, the chance to be in person chatting with folks in our community.
Q. What featured sessions will you have in the agenda?
Hiring Efficiently and Effectively at Scale: Join Donald Knight, Greenhouse CPO as he leads a roundtable that will guide participants through how to do more with less in your hiring.
The Next Evolution of DEI in Hiring: Fostering Transparency and Trust: Jon Stross, co-founder and President of Greenhouse will lead a discussion and product spotlight session where he takes HR leaders through the three tenets of a transparent hiring process. He’ll share data-driven DEI insights and new ways to build trust in the hiring process.
