That’s why UNLEASH is thrilled to be working even more closely with Bersin and his team through a new strategic partnership.
This will not just see Bersin keynote our upcoming UNLEASH America show, but he will also share his expertise through UNLEASH articles and webinars, as well as host hands-on workshops and boardrooms with HR and business leaders.

Bersin then argued that AI is going to play a huge role in helping HR solve the labor and business challenges organizations face.
This becomes even more complex in this age of AI – agents – which lots of vendors, whether that’s Workday, Salesforce, Google, Microsoft or SAP, are pioneering.
Bersin stated: “You’re going to spend a lot of time as a buyer, as a HR organization, deciding how many agents you want, which one are going to be used by which constituencies in your company. That’s a big change in the market as well.
“The agent is basically a representative of your company – and this is really, to me, going to be absolutely spectacular for the productivity of employees.”
Bersin is going to continue this conversation about agentic AI, and why he believes 2025 is the year of the Superworker (aka those who truly seize the promise of AI), in May at UNLEASH America 2025.
