How does coaching benefit the business in the long term?
So CoachHub believes in having qualified business coaches and having them connect with talents across the world in all time zones and in all different languages.
Our platform enables top-qualified coaches who have been selected by our coach relations management to be connected to employees at all different levels of their careers. Whether that’s individual contributors just starting out their careers, whether it’s first-time managers, right up to senior management, and C-level executives. And we make sure that we support the coaching journey by facilitating digital coaching sessions online.
Why is coaching important for organizational transformation?
We are partnering with an increasing number of companies who really see the need to engage their talent and their workforce to drive organizational transformation.
We know that the likes of McKinsey have done research when it comes to effective organizational transformations. And the reason for many of these failures is that companies often do not look at people as the key change drivers. So having coaching as part of the mix really helps organizations to drive that behavioral change that is needed to have successful transformational projects that lead to the growth of companies and the future direction that organizations are looking to take.
So we partner with the likes of booking.com, Virgin Atlantic and TK Steel as well, to drive organizational transformation. And it’s really key here when we look at the individuals who are in charge of making sure that change is happening to make sure that they have somebody who’s objective, unbiased to speak to and to support them as part of that change journey that can take place in the form of coaching for the actual leaders. But it can also take place in the form of coaching for perhaps some of the informal leaders in organizations. So when it comes to the real change drivers within organizations, the individual contributors within teams, who are the influencers and who really make the difference in the organization’s success of the future.
Why is coaching important for promoting DEIB in workplaces?
Coaching is important for driving DE&I initiatives when it comes to enabling and equipping employees to really speak up and make sure that their voices are heard.
So what we see in a lot of cases is that certain types of employees, certain groups feel less confident in speaking up and challenging the status quo, and they themselves need a little bit of support when it comes to actually helping to drive that change.
Coaching helps organizations and helps individuals within these organizations feel more comfortable to speak up and to ensure that their voices are heard.
What role does AI play in coaching and how does CoachHub utilize this?
We see a lot of potential use cases for AI in coaching, and we’re very excited that our in-house innovation lab is currently conducting research into the role of AI and as it partakes to coaching.
So at the moment, we’re gathering feedback from clients to really understand how they would like to see AI and what role that could play in coaching and in the future of product development.
How does coaching benefit business in the long term?
There’s a number of benefits to coaching. One of the key benefits is to ensure that employees are engaged and feel that they are invested in as part of the workforce. It is incredibly important to make sure that we retain talent and make sure that we continue to attract talent as we continue to grow. And coaching can play a vital role in enabling organizations to both attract talent and make sure that we retain that talent as the organization continues to evolve.
