The winner will receive a free startup stand for UNLEASH World 2024 or UNLEASH America 2024; the three runners up will receive two tickets each to attend UNLEASH World in Paris this October.
And the winner will also take the fifth and final spot in the finale of our UNLEASH World Startup Award – the full list of five finalists will be announced on 29 September, and the final will be happening on site in the Paris Expo Center on 17 October!

His strategic thinking, creative approach and deep business knowledge makes him the perfect fit to moderate our Digital Startup Competition.
Moving on to our judging panel, we are thrilled to welcome six esteemed startup and HR tech experts.
Igor Ryanbenkiy is the founder and managing partner at Altair Capital, a global early-stage venture investment company. He has been instrumental in the growth of three HR tech unicorns – Deel, Miro and Turing – and can share insights into their secrets to success, and how other startups can follow in their footsteps.
Sadie Bell, VP of innovation & deployment at Hewlett Packard Enterprises, is a trailblazer in the world of tech and innovation. With her ability to spot opportunities and drive transformative change, Sadie is a leading HR practitioner whose expertise will be highly valued on judging panel.
Daniel Callaghan is a managing partner at Workplace Accelerator, a leading program specifically for HR tech pre-seed and seed stage ventures. He is going to bring that expertise – there are 16 startups in the accelerator – as well as his experience working within a HR tech company called Veremark, a pre-employment screening platform for fast-growing businesses, to the Digital Startup Competition.
Soyoung Jun, research fellow at mySUNI, will be bringing her AI and data expertise to the panel. As a highly experienced HRBP, she can also share the HR end-user viewpoint, and make sure that the finalists are really playing to the pain that HR leaders are experiencing.
Daniel Hardoon is the founder of The Startup CMO and an angel investor with Hardoon Venture Partners. Over his esteemed career in investment, he has worked with over 35 early-stage startups and helped them achieve Series A financing – his insights on securing funding will be invaluable to all of the Digital Competition finalists.
Charlotte Farrell, is the founder and CEO of Hello Chief, and she brings 15 years of experience in supporting entrepreneurs, and scaling up businesses. She is passionate about helping build the future of people strategy, and will provide the finalists with vital insight into how to grow their businesses sustainably and efficiently.
