Josh Bersin, Founder and CEO of The Josh Bersin Company, took to the Main Stage at UNLEASH World 2024 to discuss how HR leaders face unprecedented disruption as they navigate an ever-changing workforce, evolving employee expectations, and a crowded AI-driven tech market.

Sitting down with UNLEASH Editor-in-Chief Nima Sherpa Green in Paris for an exclusive thought leadership interview, Bersin further details his views on the HR landscape and the changes to come in 2025.

"The biggest advice that we give to HR leaders is to transform their HR function from an administrative compliance cost center to a value provider, consultative solution-oriented function."
