Erin Walsh-Beguin is the Sr. Director, Global Recruiting Operations & Employer Brand at GoDaddy, where she has worked since 2017. In her role, Erin is focused on the recruiting tech stack, audit, compliance, end-to-end recruiting coordination, and employer brand. Erin started her career in HR with The Staubach Company before transitioning to Recruiting where she worked across the financial services, insurance, and musical instrument manufacturing industries prior to joining GoDaddy. Erin resides in Arizona with her husband, 19-year-old son, and 3 dachshunds. She graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in History and Communication. Erin is passionate about congenital heart defect awareness and joined the Board of Directors of the Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA) in September 2024, after 8 years of fundraising for the organization’s annual Heart Walk. She is also on the Board of Directors for Ballet Etudes, a pre-professional ballet school and performing company,
based in Gilbert, AZ.
