In pursuing his mission, he partners with many of the most prestigious institutions focused on the evolving future of work, including Columbia University, TED and the World Economic Forum.
Currently, Frank is an Executive Vice President at Randstad Enterprise, where he drives client relationships with leading global organizations. In this role, he has expanded relationships with dozens of C-suite leaders and helped companies navigate workforce transformations, harness innovation, and drive change. Frank provides thought leadership and facilitates insights in areas spanning artificial intelligence (AI), the future of work, change management, employee experience and technology adoption and advancement.
Prior to joining Randstad Enterprise, Frank held multiple roles during his eight year tenure at The Adecco Group, including Senior Vice President of Key Accounts. At LHH, he served as an advisor to several of their largest, top clients. He also spearheaded, built, and fostered a C-suite community program where he hosted numerous events connecting thousands of executives and industry leaders.
Early in his career, Frank worked in finance before he transitioned into business development and relationship management at Ferrazzi Greenlight. During his nine years at Ferrazzi Greenlight, he was integral in helping the organization scale and triple in growth.
Frank is a dedicated father, husband and community leader. He resides in Westport, Connecticut and is an active advocate for education, financial literacy and mental wellbeing.
