Hatch currently manages a team of talent acquisition professionals who support all sourcing and recruiting activities across CarMax’s corporate functions in Richmond, Atlanta, and Dallas. Before he joined CarMax in 2020 he spent the majority of his career in third-party recruiting, starting out as a rookie recruiter and eventually growing to manage the contract staffing division of PeopleSolutions, a regional contract staffing firm. He lives in Richmond, Virginia with his wife and 4 children.
