Ian Rahn has spent the past four years as a leader at Moveworks, building and scaling a high-performing solution architecture team.
Based in the NYC region, he focuses on enabling the go-to-market organization to be more customer-centric by equipping teams with the right strategies, tools, and expertise. His team helps enterprises tackle complex challenges with agentic AI systems that drive automation and improve employee experience.
Under Ian’s leadership, his team has developed innovative initiatives like Moveworks Labs and developer hackathons, empowering customers to extend the platform’s capabilities in new and impactful ways. They are also spearheading the developer evangelism program, fostering a growing developer community to accelerate innovation on the Moveworks platform.
Ian holds a master’s in business from the NYU Stern School of Business. Before joining Moveworks, he held key roles at other technology companies in the service management space, bringing a wealth of experience in AI-driven enterprise solutions.
