Rebecca has been at Eightfold for 4 years, starting in Customer Success where she helped build the team. She moved over to Marketing in 2024 and now is a Director of Talent-centered Transformation. Prior to Eightfold, she was in TA leadership for 20+ years in large retail, CPG, agri-business, and restaurant organizations. She is a connector, an ideator, a strategist, and a storyteller. She understands leaders, practitioners, candidates, and vendors. She can see patterns and relationships where others see chaos, and can cut through confusion with a story or explanation that gives clarity, shows understanding, and puts people at ease. She partners with others to come up with thoughts/ideas for the art of the possible, creatively problem-solve, and inspire folks with a vision for the future - as well as suggest ways to make that future a reality. Her interests include cycling, hiking, hockey, meeting people, traveling, off-roading, working with youth, writing & facilitating murder mysteries, food (and posting pictures of it on social media!), time with her family (husband and 3 adult kids), reading, and giving back to others. She grew up outside of Chicago, went to college in Seattle, spent many years in the Minneapolis area, and currently lives south of Phoenix. She is the President and Founder of the Arizona Talent Community - with the goal to foster deeper connections, share industry insights and create a collaborative space where talent professionals across Arizona can thrive together.
