Renad Jarzynski brings over a decade of experience in Human Resources and Employee Experience to Zurich North America Insurance. Renad played a key role as the Strategic Assistant for the LEED-certified Zurich North America Headquarters project. In this capacity, she was integral to the design, development, technology integration, and change management processes that helped shape the organization’s future workplace, ensuring it aligned with Zurich’s vision for innovation and sustainability. In her current role as Head of Rewards and Recognition, Renad has successfully designed and implemented forward-thinking strategies that have significantly enhanced employee engagement and recognition across the organization.
