As we continue to push diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives forward, in order to activate how individuals, respond and lean in, they must feel a part of the process. Belonging is the element that employees themselves feel and results from the efforts. We often prioritize DEI, but do not see dynamic shifts that we desire.
