While much is being written about Gen Z, this research study is distinctive in its focus on communicating directly with over 100 Gen Z employees who are working full-time jobs and by addressing both hourly and knowledge workers.
Gen Zers, born in 1997 or later, differ from other generations in their extreme comfort with social media and ability to use it to amplify their concerns in ways never demonstrated by previous generations at this stage of their career.
Leaders need to understand their perspectives because Gen Zers are urgently needed in the workforce.
During this session, you will learn the five themes of paramount importance to Gen Z—adequate compensation, control, safety and wellness, purpose, and growth.
