We’re at a serendipitous point in time where employers, workers, & unions all agree we need to do more to treat our workforce better and bring balance to capitalism. Despite positive intent, little progress has been made to accelerate ‘good employers’. We will explore how organizations can move forward with their people-first goals in this for-profit world by discussing how to connect shareholder value-driven KPIs to worker-friendly policies. Doing the right thing by implementing DEI and AI practices is no longer a choice between ethics and profits.
