Aashna Kircher is the Group General Manager for the Office of the CHRO at Workday. She is responsible for the overall strategy and performance of Workday’s HR solutions, which include HCM, Workforce Management, Payroll, HR Service Delivery, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Peakon Employee Voice, Journeys, and VNDLY. She joined Workday in 2014 and has spent the last 10+ years in numerous roles building enterprise products for some of the world’s largest companies. Aashna has a deep passion for growing teams and delivering meaningful and enduring product experiences. Aashna holds an MBA at Harvard University and a BS in Psychology from Duke University. Prior to Workday, she spent time in educational consulting.
