Alanna LeBlanc is an HR technology enthusiast, who has built her career serving multiple industries such as health care, financial services, and retail. In her current role at Burlington Stores, she is responsible for bringing a strategic vision and consultative approach to evolve HR processes and systems. She has impacted Talent, Performance, and Total Rewards practices for the growing company, building teams and partnerships across centers of excellence and business partners. Overall, she believes an organization can maximize its investment in the HR tech stack while maximizing its investment in its workforce. Alanna calls northern Minnesota home with her wife and three young children. As a family they enjoy being on the lakes, traveling, playing games, and spending quality time with family and friends.
