Alex Montefalco is the Vice President of Executive Recruitment, Talent Management and Market Intelligence at LVMH North America. Throughout her ten years with the Group, she’s worked across the ever-growing portfolio of Maisons, helping to ensure these iconic brands are prepared for the future when it comes to talent and strategy. Alex fully subscribes to the LVMH philosophy that ‘People Make the Difference’. Prior to her time at LVMH, Alex launched the first Design and Creative Practice at Kirk Palmer and Associates, and before that, began her career at Karen Harvey Consulting with a focus on International and Luxury. Alex holds a BA in Theatre and minors in English and Global Relations from Purdue University and is also a certified Executive Coach through the CEC. Outside of the office, she is a passionate yoga instructor, kicking off her 9th year teaching in New York City, a devoted wife and proud mother of two little girls and a teenage dog.
