As COO Andy is responsible for overseeing the global strategy for: operating models of the future, programs, technology, analytics and enablement with equality and candidate and manager experience at the forefront of those strategies. In addition he leads the global internal recruiting and recruitment coordination organizations.
Before joining Salesforce Andy was the CHRO of HireVue, a talent experience platform. Prior to HireVue Andy was the SVP of Product, Technology and People at Calytera. Andy has a track record of leading HR organizations that leverage technology to disrupt legacy processes, having worked for leading global brands including Dell, SunPower, and SAP.
