As Chief Human Resources Officer, Ann oversees all facets of global talent acquisition, leader development, employee relations, benefits and payroll, and culture, as well as program safety and crisis management.
Ann holds degrees in counseling and education, both from the University of Georgia. She has previously worked in Human Resources leadership and business partner roles in healthcare and oil & gas industries. Ann’s family is everything to her, including sons Evan (3rd year rabbinical student at HUC-JIR) and Fred (3rd year doctoral student at Rutgers University), and husband Eddie (professor of physical therapy at Langston University).
