My expertise lies in delivering exceptional employee experiences by leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as ServiceNow, Kronos, SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, ADP, AoDocs, and various custom applications. Currently, as the Vice President of Digital HR at Schneider Electric—a global leader in energy management and automation solutions—I lead a dedicated HR Digital team. We support the core and talent ecosystem of more than 130,000 employees across over 100 countries.
My mission is to spearhead the HR digital transformation agenda, focusing on areas such as HR automation, HR mobile strategy, and digital adoption.
