Austin is the HRIS Manager/PMO for ProAmpac where he drives continuous improvement by spending time at the intersection of technology and ProAmpac’s most important asset – People. As a passionate leader in the HRIS space Austin believes that data in HR is becoming increasingly prevalent in the forefront of business analysis, and an understanding of the tools and knowledge in this realm are invaluable.
