Ben Sieke is a talent and learning Executive serving as Director of Talent Development and Learning at Delta Dental of California and affiliated companies.
Ben’s team at Delta Dental is responsible for enterprise learning activities ranging from executive and leadership development to training frontline staff. His team’s work has been featured in articles and case studies from Training Industry Magazine, Skillsoft, and Blanchard, and recently won three 2024 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards.
Ben has served on the HRLT at Delta Dental and at Guitar Center, the world’s largest musical instrument retailer, where he was Director of Field Human Resources before joining Delta Dental in 2019.
A lifelong California, Ben resides in Los Angeles with his wife, Nicole, and their dog, Malia.
