Beth Clymer is the Chief Financial Officer at Jobcase, Inc., a social platform dedicated to empowering and advocating for workers. Beth joined the company in 2019 to accelerate the company’s growth and success in the Jobcase mission to empower the world’s workers.
An avid supporter of stakeholder capitalism, Beth is committed to advocating for workers’ rights around topics such as living wages and the childcare crisis. She believes that the job of the c-suite and boardrooms is to build a diverse and inclusive workforce – at Jobcase and beyond.
Prior to joining Jobcase, Beth spent a decade at Bain Capital Private Equity, working with strong consumer brands such as Canada Goose, Bob’s Discount Furniture, and Burlington Stores. Before Bain Capital Private Equity, Beth was a consultant at the Parthenon Group, a Boston-based business strategy and consulting firm now owned by accounting firm Ernst & Young LLP.
Beth holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University. Beth and her husband are parents of two spirited daughters and active philanthropists in the Boston area.
