Blair is responsible for the Global TA Centers of Expertise and overall success of campus, professional and executive hiring. Blair’s vast experience spans across not only recruiting but also politics. After her first job in political consulting, Blair took the leap into recruiting at Korn/Ferry International. Her next big move was to Walmart where she joined their in-house executive TA team. In 2019, she joined PepsiCo with a goal for talent to recognize PepsiCo as an employer of choice and to create a candidate experience that embodies PepsiCo’s mission to Create More Smiles!
