Carlos is the Chief Learning Officer for Microsoft Latin America and US South and West Midwest regions where he leads a team of talented individuals that help accelerate AI and digital transformation through skills enablement. He is a perpetual learner constantly seeking to be outside of his comfort zone, his favorite motto is “Progress, Not Perfection”. Carlos has been with Microsoft since 2004 when he joined the company as an Intern and is an example of continuous learning, having held roles across Finance, Marketing & Operations, Sales, and Consulting Services prior to his current role. Carlos has a passion for investing in others to help them reach their maximum potential. I strongly believe in servant leadership and the learn-it-all-mindset and have vast experience in team building and people development.
