Chassidy is a transformational business leader with expertise in HR. She has a track record of building teams and overall organizational capability. She is an avid learner, enjoys connecting the dots between people and business processes. She has wide-ranging HR experience but has found a knack for defining, developing and executing strategic vision that propels the team and organization forward. In her most recent roles at Avery Dennison, Chassidy has focused on redefining HR through a focus on employee experience and digital optimization. She led an HR service delivery model transformation and a global implementation of Servicenow. She and the HR team put an employee experience lens on process redesign and used technology to improve the experience of the workforce and modernize the function of Human Resources.
In her career, Chassidy has led as an HR Business Partner, a HR technology leader as well as leadership of COE’s including Talent Acquisition, Workforce Operations (HRSS), & Total Rewards. She has her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University and a Masters Degree in Human Resources & Labor Relations from Michigan State University. She lives in the Cleveland Ohio area with her Husband, two children and one ridiculously large dog.
