Claire MacIntyre serves as the Senior Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner, Global Value Chain & Global Corporate Functions at The Estée Lauder Companies and is responsible for developing Global HR strategic needs and priorities across the Global Value Chain organization and the Global Corporate Functions, which includes Finance, Corporate Strategy & New Business Development, Transformation Office, IT, Global Communications & Public Affairs, Global Enterprise Marketing & Data, Legal, Inclusion & Diversity, Human Resources and the Office of the Vice Chairman. In this position, Claire leads integration across the Global Value Chain and the Global Corporate Functions, accelerating the Company’s transformation while maintaining competitive advantage in talent, capability development, and delivery. Additionally, she provides strategic oversight on all people-related matters, including Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, talent, organization effectiveness, culture, and leadership, across the Global Value Chain and the Global Corporate Functions.
Claire joined The Estée Lauder Companies in April 2019 and is a member of the global HR leadership team, partnering closely with Brand, Region, Channel and Function HR leadership to ensure strong alignment and close partnership in support of ELC’s growth plans. Her colleagues value her as a strategic enterprise leader who works across the HR function bringing people together in service of achieving high-impact solutions.

Claire is an inclusive, agile, dynamic, and proven HR business leader with more than 20 years of global experience. Prior to joining ELC, Claire held a wide range of HR and operations roles at Diageo, and she holds a master’s degree in management science from the University of Glasgow in Glasgow, Scotland.
