Colleen Stratton is a human resources executive with over 20 years of comprehensive human resources experience including recruitment and retention, conflict resolution, change management, labor relations, benefits, and compensation administration. She possesses a broad knowledge of human resources in a variety of sectors including union and non-union environments with a large number of exempt and non-exempt team members. Colleen began at Premier Bank and Bankcard more than six years ago as the director of corporate benefits and compensation, and now serves as the associate vice president of compensations and benefits.
