Craig is a Health Solutions Leader at Alight. He works with clients to design Health administration solutions to enable their strategies and help their people confidently navigate the complexities of health and benefits – year-round. Craig collaborates with clients to develop customer-focused solutions, evolve our scope of services, and respond to the rapidly changing health and legislative landscape.
Since joining Alight in 1993, Craig has focused exclusively on health and welfare administration. He has served in a number of capacities, including client delivery and consulting, implementation leadership and product development. He also brings the health focus into his community, currently serving as Deputy Chief of Monroe Volunteer Emergency Medical Services.
Craig has expertise in comprehensive health and welfare administration, including health plan strategies, reimbursement accounts, voluntary benefits, financials, compliance (e.g., Affordable Care Act), HCM integration and M&A support.
Craig earned a B.S. in computer science– information science degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
