Daniel Berino

Graduated with Honors from the Bachelor of Communication Sciences with a specialty in Organization in 2003, and from the MBA in 2010.

He began his career in Organizational Development in 2004 as a Consultant in Mexico City, where he led important transformation and cultural change projects for companies such as PEPSICO, NESTLÉ, MERCK, MONSANTO, and DHL.

He has held increasing leadership positions at Christus Health, Johnson Controls, and now at CLARIOS where he is currently Vice President of Human Resources for Latin America.

Under this responsibility, he has led change processes that include the global implementation of the new service model and Human Resources systems, the merger and acquisition of regional companies to the company culture, and the adoption of a culture of Diversity and Inclusion, founding Action Groups, including that of LGBTQ+ employees, of which it is a sponsor.

In 2022, he is named by Expansión Magazine as one of the 41 + 1 Most Influential LGBTQ + Executives in Mexico.
