Dom is VP People at Cable & Wireless, part of Liberty Latin America. He has been working in HR and Management Consulting for over twenty years and has gained experience across a wide variety of organizations, sectors and regions. He has lived in 8 different countries and led work in Change Management, Organizational Design, Organizational Development, HR Transformation, Customer Experience, M&A, Culture Change and Employee Engagement.
Dom leads a team of experienced HR professionals across Latin America and the Caribbean who ensure that the people strategy aligns with our business objectives and that the workforce supports the growth ambitions of the company. Dom is a Chartered Fellow (FCIPD) of the CIPD, fluent in Spanish and outside of work he enjoys raising money for charity, open-water swimming, running marathons and spending time with his family.
