Erica Hill, now Vice President of Talent Acquisition at CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions was previously CBRE’s first Global Vice President of Supplier, Equity & Inclusion.  Erica is an executive-level talent acquisition strategist with previous experience in procurement and as a sourcing team leader for multinational organizations seeking to create partnerships between the procurement function and stakeholders across the business. She is an important member of CBRE’s leadership and has a vital role in ensuring the happiness of employees. She has a proven track record of managing Talent Acquisition policies and driving global projects. 

Erica is also passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and implemented a strategic framework for supplier diversity, adding intentionality to creating opportunities for diverse businesses. She is proud of CBRE’s definitive actions to advance equity for diverse suppliers.
