Evan de la Torre has spent his career at research companies like CEB and Gartner. During that time he was an executive adviser, gave 100+ keynote addresses and workshops, and supported their field teams to expand into new markets. Now he is a Global Account Director at BetterUp, working with senior executives to develop and refine their people strategies, globally. Evan earned his BA in International Relations at Stanford University and resides with his family in Monterey, California.
