Franz Gilbert is a Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting, LLP where he leads Human Capital Ecosystems and Alliances and sits on the Human Capital Management Committee. His teams are involved in sensing and scanning the HR Technology market, developing emerging partnerships, and scaling existing alliances to help bring innovative solutions to clients. He is focused on moving Deloitte’s priorities forward in the areas of Sustainability, Climate, and Equity (SC&E), Workforce Ecosystems, and Future of Work. As a result, Franz is a frequent speaker at conferences, board meetings, and other strategic forums. Franz has played an active role in advancing the HR Profession throughout his career. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), and he was a founding member of the International Standards Organization (ISO) HR Standards committee (TC260) which has created several HR ISO Standards – to include ISO 30414 – Guidelines for Internal and External Human Capital Reporting. Prior to Deloitte, Franz has held several senior executive positions related to Human Resources and Technology in Fortune 500 organizations, HR Technology firms, and HR Service Providers.
